Cleansing and preparation: Includes cleaning the feet and nails, removing nail polish, and preparing for the treatment. Exfoliation: Removing dead skin cells to leave the feet smooth. Moisturizing: Applying creams and oils to moisturize the skin of the feet. Massage: Relaxing the muscles and tissues of the feet. Nail care: Trimming, shaping, removing cuticles, and applying nail polish (optional). Possible extras: Callus removal, moisturizing masks, reflexology, etc.
